PEERS Web Counseling

Web Counseling sessions is open to all members who would like to meet one-on-one, and face-to- face, with a retirement counselor. Each session will be individualized to meet the member’s specific needs. You will be able to attend a Web Counseling session at any computer with a high-speed internet connection and a web cam*, even in the privacy of your own home.

It works like many of the web conferencing programs you have seen. You can see and speak with your retirement counselor, who also sees and hears you. We can share retirement documents with you during the Web Counseling session, review them with you, and answer your questions just as if we were in the same room.

No technical expertise is required! If you know how to surf the internet, you will be great at Web Counseling.

* A high-speed internet connection is recommended for best results. A web cam is not required to participate in Web Counseling, but is required for a PSRS/PEERS counselor to see you during the appointment.
